Encrypted transmission
All communication is SSL-encrypted — your documents are protected in transit.
Two-factor authentication
Optional two-factor login via authenticator app (TOTP), SMS or email adds extra protection against unauthorised access. Codes are valid only once, and failed attempts and resends are limited.
Roles & permissions
Fine-grained permissions control who can view and edit which processes — including AD/LDAP integration. For folders and HR files, dedicated roles and access rights control access. Uploading, the dashboard and the HR area can be enabled per tenant via AD groups.

Hash-based integrity checks
Every file is secured with a hash value — subsequent changes to documents are reliably detected.
Tenant separation
Multiple tenants can be run in parallel, some even invisible to one another — data stays strictly separated. Users only see the tenants they are authorised for.
Login protection & notifications
Login is locked after repeated failed attempts. Optionally, an email informs users about logins from outside, from new devices and about lockouts.
Encrypted credentials
Passwords for email mailboxes and the DATEV interface are stored encrypted; error reports contain no passwords.
