Accounting & DATEV
After the bookkeeper's booking preparation, the booking suggestion, booking record and receipt are handed over to DATEV — no duplicate entry. Approved absences from the HR area are exported as an import file for DATEV LODAS or DATEV Lohn und Gehalt. Further systems such as SAP are planned.

Invoices and documents from monitored IMAP mailboxes (manageable per workflow and area), as well as from scanner systems — even without OCR — are read in automatically.
AD/LDAP synchronisation
Users and roles from Windows Active Directory (including LDAP) are kept in sync. Folder roles are mapped via AD groups and reconciled with NTFS rights via PowerShell script; AD groups that are no longer needed are removed automatically.
