Submit and approve leave and absence requests digitally: with leave balance, annual overview, period-based assignment of line managers (including several parallel managers, optionally read-only per tenant), team timeline when approving, public holidays by federal state, and email notifications and reminders. Line managers see sickness only as a neutral absence unless explicitly enabled. Approved absences can be exported as an import file for DATEV LODAS or DATEV Lohn und Gehalt.

Digital HR files with fine-grained access control and document management: PDF documents can be uploaded and viewed directly on the file. Sensitive documents stay protected, yet are quickly found by authorised staff; master data can be imported and reports exported as Excel files. Access to the menu can optionally be granted per tenant via an AD group.

Manage folder roles and permissions centrally: assignment via quick entry in the tree view, a table of all folder roles with their groups and members, automatic user folders per root folder, creation of the Active Directory groups in the nightly sync — groups no longer needed are removed — and reconciliation of NTFS rights via PowerShell script.
